Dating someone with same name as sibling
So many romcom situations inc Seriously though if you actually think having the same name as your sibling is a good enough of a reason to not date a person I think there's something wrong with you, I mean what kind of discrimination is that -.- If you really would be unable to keep thinking of your brother/sister because of it then you can always call one of the two by a nickname instead. To me, in that situation, my family members name would be copying hers.
On the off chance that I do it would be awkward at first but if I really like them then it wouldn't bother me. (ps my brother's name is michael) i feel like if i fell for a guy named michael my brother would just act all gay like and prance around telling me how cool michaels are it is weird. I also don't think it's weird in any way if the girl or boy you're dating has the same name as a sibling of yours.
Maybe you can relate: When you first start dating, you're a ball of nerves because you're so afraid of feeling slightly uncomfortable or not having anything to say.
But it's part of the deal, and once you accept that, you'll start to have so much more fun.
Again, please keep their identity a secret Click on the "Continue" button search with your zip/postal code.
Dating is many things: Fun, funny, exciting, enlightening, and sometimes awkward, repetitive, and laborious. When I started counting how many first dates I'd been on in one year alone, I lost count at 20.
Hopefully, they will help you come up with a dating rule book of your own. It's okay if you're still figuring out what your boundaries are, just like it's okay to discover and enforce them mid-date.
